A redesigned patient portal that made appointment booking and records access dramatically simpler.
Patients were struggling to book appointments and access records through a portal that hadn't been updated in years. We redesigned the experience around the three tasks patients do most often, simplifying navigation and cutting the average booking flow from nine steps to four.
Support calls related to portal confusion dropped by more than 50% in the first two months after launch.
